Het prestigieuze label <strong>Lusafrica<\/strong> bracht onlangs haar debuutalbum uit, getiteld <em><strong>Ora Doci Ora Margos<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Op 29 mei 2015 presenteerde de jonge zangeres met succes haar materiaal van haar album aan haar Rotterdamse publiek. Dit gaf haar de rede om Nederland weer te bezoeken op ZATERDAG 7 NOVEMBER tijdens haar europa tour.<\/p>\n<p>Almeida is pas 22 jaar oud, maar toch tovert ze het lot van een moeilijke jeugd om tot een licht album dat baadt in de ritmes en volksmelodie\u00ebn van het eiland Santiago. Of het nou Batuque, Funana of Morna is, Elida beheerst alle Kaapverdische stijlen. Elida\u2019s teksten sluiten naadloos aan bij de dromen en aspiraties van veel Kaapverdische jongeren die hun isolement willen be\u00ebindigen en een modern westers bestaan nastreven.
