Every now and then I get questions from\u00a0white brothers and sisters, asking me what they can do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You broke it down. Therefore I’d like to share a part of your message:<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘Dear white people!
\nDo you hear me?<\/p>\n

Your first responsibility is to understand it that<\/p>\n

is NOT our responsibility to end racism!
\nIt is NOT our responsibility
\nWE didn\u2019t create it
\nIt is YOUR responsibility to dismantle the structure of power
\nIf we believe in equal justice than we must dismantle inequality in our own society
\nDo you hear me?!<\/p>\n

You must ask the question:\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n

What does it mean to be white?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It embodies:
\nPOWER
\nPRIVILEGE and
\nTERROR
\nTo so many black and brown people around the world!<\/p>\n

Come to terms with that
\nAre you uncomfortable yet?
\nGet comfortable being uncomfortable
\nBecause we have work to do!<\/p>\n

For my black brothers and sisters
\nDo you hear me?<\/p>\n

Your job is equally as important
\nYou must HEAL YOURSELVES!
